    Default Simone de beauvoir

I did a search but does she really not have a thread?

I was trying to double check about her being esi because I thought I had memory of hearing that, but it's been years since I've read her

ILI imo, same type as sartre

I considered IEI for her in the past, but she seemed rather unemotional in the interviews I have seen. definitely Ni-dom, though.

this was one of the interviews I have seen. her speech seemed very fast.

Logical types can have a lot of emotions, they just process them differently and one way that occasionally manifests is pretending that being a logical type means having less emotions in order to keep theirs more protected. look, they aren't even there!

    I see u

I have no issue with an ILI typing, doesn't clash with my perception

I payed a lot of attention to how she was talking, facial expressions, things that you can't influence. I also shared the video with a few IEI friends to ask them if they think she might be their identical but they mentioned it's unlikely. she despised housework, and saw herself as someone who lives outside of society.

“Few tasks are more like the torture of Sisyphus than housework, with its endless repetition: the clean becomes soiled, the soiled is made clean, over and over, day after day. The housewife wears herself out marking time: she makes nothing, simply perpetuates the present … Eating, sleeping, cleaning – the years no longer rise up towards heaven, they lie spread out ahead, gray and identical. The battle against dust and dirt is never won.”

a sensing type for example might not see these pragmatic activities as torture. intuitives on the other hand really struggle with it, their mind simply cannot focus on a pragmatic, repetitive task for long without getting a headache.

ILIs typically exhibit a general detachment from day-to-day affairs. While an ILI might devote a great deal of time to pondering the possible consequences of some political decision, very little attention is likely to be paid to such tasks as household maintenance or cleanliness, which the ILI sees as trivial matters undeserving of his time or effort.

I guess "emotional" versus "emotionally expressive" can be correlated in linguistics, but trust me they are NOT the same thing. You're Fe valuing confirm
