There are some combinations missing.
the available types:
Contacting, Terminating, Connecting - Dominant subtype (D);
Contacting, Initiating, Ignoring - Creative subtype (C);
Distancing, Terminating, Ignoring - Normalizing subtype (N);
Distancing, Initiating, Connecting - Harmonizing subtype (H).

What's up with that? I just thought maybe they only had four because it would be simpler. Or perhaps they found that only those four subtypes made the most sense? The actual dichotomy creation process was never spoken about, I think?
