    Default try typing this description.

incredibly perfectionistic, probably one of those people who would kick themselves in the head repeatedly for making a C in a class, even if the content of the class didn't matter so much/wasn't that applicable to their degree (think he faired poorly in economics and psychology, namely. can't imagine him doing poorly in other classes.) probably the most prominent aspect of this person's personality is a very very strong drive to be rich, rather materialistic yet works in the field of social improvement/business/ngos. probably attached to his mother to a nearly borderline unhealthy degree, complains constantly about not having enough time, yet probably wouldn't be happy if they weren't working/moving constantly. another very prominent thing i have noticed is that this person also probably needs a lot of encouragement and people being happy for them/supporting them constantly. not incredibly tolerant to other people's problems/hardships (i think he may have disowned a brother of his who keeps having to move back home/has kids/lives the sort of life that most non-college-educated americans do. in this guy's eyes, his brother has squandered opportunities to get out of poverty/debt etc.) i could likely compare him to patrick bateman from the book/movie american psycho, minus the penchant (to my knowledge!) for killing people. athletic, plays soccer, works out in his free time.

despite that, he can be a pretty funny guy in social situations (lots of sarcastic remarks with a straight face.) atheist. soccer fan. travels a lot. any ideas? i don't intend for this to sound too harshly critical.

    hmmmm...
ExFx, but my inclination is ESFp.
But, for a certainty, back then,
We loved so many, yet hated so much,
We hurt others and were hurt ourselves...

Yet even then, we ran like the wind,
    Whilst our laughter echoed,
    Under cerulean skies...

I agree on Gamma SF, but my first thought was, slightly unhealthy ISFj.

ESTj or unhealthy gamma SF is my general idea. i do get the "can work more than 24 hours in a day" vibe (which makes me think more ESTj, if we're going to go by the descriptions verbatim.)

he does have a very good memory and is generally proud of this, LOTS (LOTS) (TONS) of energy. comes off as a total thinker. as far as what he does in person, he's not huge on looking people in the eyes. can seem nervous. big vocabulary.

i'll have to look at these descriptions and figure out if he could be delta (and ESTj) or gamma (and ESFp.) seems too business-inclined though, generally, to be delta.

Too business inclined to be Delta? Not all Deltas are NFs. ESTjs are very business inclined.

this is very true! i retract my statement (although even from the most business-y of delta STs, i don't get this sort of vibe.)

That would speak against ISFj IMO.

Among the real life persons I know, the best fit for that description is an ENTj. But he lacks that kind of attachment to his mother.

(this statement means nothing) I know a clear-cut ENTp which has a blue-eyes-cold-Ne-alien stare which completely kills other people!

yeah, i considered ENTj actually. he can be rude as all get go and doesn't even realize it, and probably wouldn't even if you pointed it out to him very blatantly. this makes me think of what you read about ENTjs being incredibly rude when in action (yet still an incredibly interesting/goalsy person.) he also has his life planned out into march, as we speak. there is pretty much no chance of getting together with him unless it's planned months in advance. he also fiddles and fidgets constantly (lots of nervous habits, like biting his nails down to nothing.)

mmh. ): i can see a lot of types for him. maybe the life planned out into march thing speaks for a far-sighted type. but looking over what i have written, i suppose ESTj could work best. i think he could also (potentially) micromanage my days into oblivion. (e.g. first we'll go here, then here/here/here.)
