EIE and IEE are opposites in that regard, IEE's often take on "aggressor-like" approaches while EIE's are plants.
From what I've seen actually, EIEs are quite likely to be more on the aggressive side than one would expect, seeing they have Ni in their ego block. IEEs - not really.
