In Summary,

--Laurie seems to talk more rigid-like like, but still calm relaxed (IJ temperament)

Whereas Rachael seems more like see’s riffing off one idea, expanding on it, then going onto the next in a relaxed go with-the-flow kinda way (IP temperament)

--Laurie mentioned how one “should not” (Ti) spill out their life story. She also mentioned she likes following the rules (Ti),

--Rachael likes to read fiction, because it allows her to use her imagination (Ni) she also mentioned her tendency to day-dream (Ni)

--Laurie mentions that she’s good at synthesizing information, and is able to recap things easily (Ti)

--Rachael mentions she loves math, science, but in the end she just loves solving problems, especially in her head (Ni/Te).

Observations without definitive conclusion:

- being intuitive according to Laurie = <I pick up on things about people, and change teaching style according to their needs> -- it's interesting that it's so people oriented and she mentions intuition in no other context, although she may have seen writing poetry or music or doing arts/crafts as intuitive? (No reason to assume she did or didn't)

- says she gets really frustrated with things that aren't the way she wants them to be and is really trying to learn acceptance - seems more IJ than IP stereotypically

- says has had to learn to allow people their own mistakes instead of interjecting to fix it - again, seems more IJ. It's also interesting in that "fixing" is done in the people realm, almost like she concerns herself with other people's problems whether asked to or not (???) and tries to fix them? There's a very subtle obstinate controlling vibe to this (a weak undercurrent)? More IJ?

- says she conserves mental and physical energy, though goes on to give example of being drained socially, and how social events are not a good environment for her long term - possibly Si related could be aware of conserving energy and thinks of environments in terms of how they affect her well-being (it's just the way she words it). Being socially drained around lots of people is just introversion

- says she tends to put other's needs ahead of her own, feels very responsible, believes she needs to learn to relax more - doesn't seem Si role by standard ideas to feel like one needs to relax more, this is neighboring seeking help to relax which would be more in the Si superid realm though she doesn't go that far, so I don't know what she'd say about that

Anyway I was going back and forth between ESI and LII as ridiculous as that sounds. She could just be LII I guess who's learned to be more people oriented...?

Also I do think ESI often is very Si aware, and could say things like "I need to relax more." Nothing she said screams Si over all else as though it's an ego function or even valued IE, so there's leeway

I forgot about synthesizing ideas, summarizing well - that does sound more like Ne and Ti
