    Default help

It's hard for me to learn things on my own from scratch, now, for example, I'm trying to get to grips with the topic of healthy eating, but I'm overwhelmed by too much information (I wish there was a source of knowledge explaining step by step how to start it, and it's hard, besides, I forget so many things anyway)
And I have a problem with reading a few positive reviews of something and buying it (only after buying it do I get serious doubts)
I'll add that just when I read a piece of advice, I automatically try to put it into practice without much analysis, which later accumulates unnecessary products,
and I read randomly everything (I am looking for what interests me the most at a given moment, leaving out the rest, so my knowledge is often incomplete)
What function can this prove to be weak?

I think I put it wrong, my point is that if I already read about a topic, for exemple socionics, I only read things that I can relate to, that interest me in some way and often this process looks quite random
but maybe you're right and it's a weak Ne

Idk, I read Filatova's book at random as well, not from the beginning to the end. I jumped to random chapters that interested me until i finally read all of them.

Everyone including Sol even in VI took note of my obvious Ne.

IF you are 7w8 in the enneagram that is EP experience seeking in socionics, given weak Ti, mobilizing Te... your most likely types based on that information alone are SEE & IEE.

I struggle with healthy eating. I really like this site: https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/feature/health-nutrition The information (recipes at least) feel clear and simple.
