    Dioklecian, you're a horrid person.

I do think that Thom Yorke is a legend. Radiohead are brilliant, both live and on the hi-fi.

I actually thought about Gamma originally, but this was a naive view (although if he is Gamma, ILI is your best bet).

IEI is almost certain I think.

    IEI
But, for a certainty, back then,
We loved so many, yet hated so much,
We hurt others and were hurt ourselves...

Yet even then, we ran like the wind,
    Whilst our laughter echoed,
    Under cerulean skies...

I always thought he was EII, no particular reason. What about Eddie Vedder from Pearl Jam. I type him as EII too but sometimes consider SEI.

Next we'll have Placebo being typed as Alpha

Quadra values, people. Si/Ne is seldom dark.

    EDIT

    Not directed @ Radiohead.

Still, things like Creep makes me strongly strongly doubt Alpha.

The only song I like by them is In Rainbows. Only song I feel that I can relate to, the other ones I'm just not feeling on any sort of level.

He's not really my personal cup of tea, but I can tell he has a lot of talent.

I'm thinking ILI is most likely. Though IEI is my second choice.

    seem IEI , ILI. Ok.
But just seem on the surface imo : I dont see many Ni using into lyrics, and have always see it as NeSi user (without being really sure), especially when reading lyrics....
The musical composition, especially after ok computer, look more like SiNe than NiSe too (cuz the musical structure and appearance, I dont speak about the use of new material like effect, electronic instrument...).
Thom Yorke is perhaps an example of a Ne Si user harmonizing subtype...

back on ok computer : the most know track aka "paranoid android" seems to rely on Te into composition.

Another wobbly thing to consider : he have worked with Bjork who type IEE, Ive hard time to see IEI working with IEE , like I dont see myself working on music with an EIE...

Imo hes alpha/delta > gamma > beta, but I dont have a precise type.... Hes a.. Special guy.

!WARN! : there exist a things in this forum named INFp bias : anyone who is in art and show somewhat of an emotion becomes INFp by definition, without going down on the subject. This can lead to some ridiculous typing. On the thread about clint eastwood for ex, some have typed it as INFp , or celine dion INFp/ENFj, its ridiculous (especially the last - you hear 1 min celine dion and you see a big Fi flowing front of eyes).

Especially in the bolded part, this is almost the same line of rationale I have for Kurt Cobain very possibly being/have been SEI; musicians are hard as hell for me though, the LII Neil Peart wrote some lyrics that struck me as themed in the late 80s...

I also like Thom Yorke as a Negativist, which pushes him further to SEI for me, and I detect more / focus in the music than / focus...

Yup, I'm leaning either alpha or beta, although alpha would be my answer. I like just one song out of all there is.

    EII or IEI.
EII : because Ni is here, but the music isnt "Ni" typical at all, some song reflect more Te (paranoid android), the lyrics have generally not really to do with typical Ni stuff. He is more cryptical than about image or symbol. His emotionnal palette/expression isnt really varied too, compared to IEI.
IEI : ? because this is an artist ? omgz lol

Im seriously considering the two but it seem that he provide too different impression. Sometime he will appear more IEI, sometime more other things... The last interview Im reading (in french) is really more "grounded" than our typical IEI (http://www.magicrpm.com/artistes/rad...hom-yorke-2003). I dont know whats the impact of retranscription editing, thought.
EII-Ne, IEI, IEE, SEI can be considered imo.

A lot his music deals with inevitabilities in real life/politics, a sense of being trapped in a 'lock' that you can't break out of, being dragged in a single direction; things that resonate with me as Ni-valuing for some reason. At least the extent and severity of that focus. I don't know how else to explain it.

This song really resonates with me for some reason. A strife with human reasoning on a fundamental level.

For what it’s worth he reminds me a little of an INTp I know (and sometimes an INFj I know...) Also Radiohead has been one of my favorite bands since I was a teenager. I voted INFj initially but switching to INTp. He doesn’t seem to exude any Fe from where I sit.

I find him shockingly easy to sing along with.

An LSI I once knew well just adored his music.
