We don't really know about black but seems like some comic stereotype of an LSI on the surface.

Maeve is ESI. Semi duality with Homelander.

Homelander is very Da Cog. Him and Butcher are playing the chess game with each other.

Despite his hate for violence he seems kinda Se role (overreacting). During season three they underline this aspect. Butcher seems activating this guy. Hughie having Super Ego: Se-Ti fits a lot.
I think he could be supervisor to Starlight.
