Is my questionnaire good enough for making a video?

Hi! Tomorrow I'm planning to take a video for people to type me. However, I was wondering if the questionnaire I answered is good enough or if I need to ask more questions for a good typing.
This is the questionnaire:
Hi! Can someone please help me find my type? I've been typed as IEE, LSI and SEI before. (the16types.info)

If it isn't enough, do you guys have any more questions I can answer to make the process easier?

Seems acceptable since valued/unvalued functions can be deduced from it

The most important on video is your nonverbal. You may make a random tale about yourself for a video.
To read questions and then to answer, when you watch to a paper instead to a camera as with normal talking - would be worse.
Questionnaire in text is good enough. Video is needed not for special questions.
