I don't know anything about him other than that Boondocks episode and his sex cult allegations. In the one interview I just watched 30 seconds ago, he's very emotional and soft-spoken. IEI would be my guess (just a guess).

He just reminds of ESIs I know. That’s just a guess I didn’t really think about it. He could be SEI too. He seems like an introverted sensor to me.
