In the tables at the bottom, what does it mean if the function is "shielded", "buffered", "sensitive" etc?

LOL, I have thought a lot what dimension means [not specifically in context of socionics].

If a barrier is broken it exists in a new discrete dimension [yup, only integers].

I suppose as I am splitting hairs here I would say that there is such thing as a good functionality of dimensions which is dubbed as socionics dimensions.

I'd go further with this and say something about socionics subdimensions for each function and it can be thought same as so called charges in Gulenkonian socionics [Ni+, Ni- etc]. Usually a type should have better command over one of the charges across the board and with lower dimensions one charge [or subdimension] gets almost completely depleted.


Example of those charges
Ni = time and time can be split into future (+) and past(-)
Ne = potential can be split into perspectives and ideas
etc
BTW those are not quadra charges.

A subtype has a bit better focus over one of the charges [extroverted sub puts more extroverted charges into use and vice versa for introverted subs]. Does the opposite focused charge user see it as that way or is it seen as more schizophrenic? I'm inclined to think the latter. Anyway, focus is not the same as capability.
