The first one by Judas Priest, it was a video about a offensive ISTp stereotype: a criminal seeking adrenaline rush. The second by Manowar is very obvious, doesn't really need any explanation. But compared to the Judas Priest video, it's more action based, in almost constant movement and has higher energy level. Also the lyrics concentrate lot on other people, action and will.
