Subtype and intro/extraversion

My friend is a pretty strong ILE-Ne subtype. She has a lot of Ne and Fe. She's an enneagram type 2 so/sx. It feels like she has equal Fe and Ti, maybe? Idk.
The only thing is- she is fairly ambiverted. more extraverted than introverted, but still.

My question is: if an extraverted type has the dominant function subtype, does that necessarily mean they are more extraverted? What do you think?

What extraverted means to you?

It is just energy that flows from inside to outside to me.

Being a socialite is not extraversion because it can be due to need for intimacy which is introversion.

For an extraverted core type, a base subtype should be more cognitively extraverted than no subtype which is in turn more cognitively extraverted than creative subtype.

Your friend may spend a lot of time alone, but still not spend that time engaging very much Ti.
