    Overheard in a Kroger store.

The twenty-something female EII behind the counter was talking to her workmate.

"I made an entire plate of food, but I only ate half of it."

Passing older male LSE: "That's because you're wasteful!"

EII, sarcastically "Yeah, that's the reason."

I told my LSE friend that I just want to work a job that I actually want. He told me "You think I like my job?!" implying that I should just take any job I can get. I told him he choose to work his job, so if he doesn't like it he could choose to work somewhere else. He then goes off on me about how he didn't choose to work there but he did it to man up and take care of his mother. It kinda turned into a little argument after that. But if that isn't classic Fi vs Te idk what is.

    me: gets ice cream
hubs: looks in shopping bag "this is for me!"
me: don't eat it all in one sitting; goes for a walk - 10 minutes; comes back
hubs: I ate the ice cream you got ME.
me: you weren't supposed to eat all of that
hubs: it was only a pint besides it was for ME.

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

(EII) Crossed paths with a particularly brash LSE because my friends play flag football and I join them from time to time.

    1st conversation-
He was trying to herd a bunch of tipsy people and failing. Caught up with him and said, "What do you want?"
LSE: "What? Why do you care?"
EII: "They won't follow you unless you give them a reason"
LSE: "I'm trying to take them to pocha (Korean drink/food place)"
    EII: "Then, say that instead"
    LSE: "Oh"

    Few months later-

Predictably, he noticed my attraction to another player (SLI) and cornered me. I didn't want him to getting involved, so I bluffed.

EII: "What if you are the one that I like?"
LSE: "What? You like me? Since when?"
    EII: "So then?"
LSE: "Well, you are objectively attractive- everyone knows that
... but..." (for the record, I am average at best)
EII: "I'm not your type because I'm not Asian, right?"
    LSE: "Well, yes"
EII: have no reason to be upset, but feels like a bee sting to the face

    Default Conversations between LSE/EII

Apologies if there's already a similar thread. Couldn't find one.

    specimens:
    (best friends)
    28 y/o EII male
    29 y/o LSE male

LSE: Have you ever confronted anyone EII?
EII: Uhhhh what-what- You mean confrontation as in this dude yesterday said I sucked at *random thing (forgot)* so I told him that's not good advice and I thought it was just rude.
LSE: Would you be open to the idea of insulting people like that?
    EII: In-Insulting people? Like randomly?
LSE: No, like, 'you're an idiot,' and 'I don't want to talk to you again.'
    EII: *flustered* Ummm
LSE: Or like, 'you're lowering the average IQ of this room.'
EII: You would tell him that he's lowering the average IQ of the room?
    LSE: Yes.
EII: *laughs* No, I.... don't think I've ever done anything that-that- Look look, LSE, just because he was rude doesn't mean I want to do it back to him.
LSE: No, no, no. Some people who are rude need to be put in their place.
    EII: *slightly shocked exhale*
LSE: You know, people have a place in the world. Have you ever heard the phrase, 'know your place.'
    EII: Yeah, it's usually a little mean sounding. I- I don't like it, it's....
LSE: Well it's a quote because there's some truth in it. And by some truth, I mean a lot of truth. Some people have their place.
    EII: Uh huh
LSE: And some people DON'T know their place. And they have to be PUT in their place every now and then.
EII: Riiiiight, but I'm sure other people can do the deed and...
LSE: Okay EII, let's say one of your friends is mean to another one of your friends. What do you do?
EII: I message both of them and try to make them feel better.
LSE: Yeah, but one person is being realllllly unreasonable. What would you do?
EII: Yeah I would message them and try to understand why. Typically when someone's very unreasonable, they just had a very bad day. It's pretty rare for someone to go, 'wow, I had a great day. Time to go pick on this guy.' Usually they had a tough day. They were feeling bad, didn't have enough food to eat or something. And then they take it out on someone, and I'm not saying that makes it okay. But what I'm saying is, it's rarely ever the happy people who are unreasonable. It's usually people are going through something... it doesn't make it okay! It doesn't make their behaviour okay but I feel like they're already going through some bad stuff already. It doesn't excuse the mean behaviour, but I feel like it's people who go through the worst that also act worst, y'know.
LSE: I can see that. Yeah I can see that. You know one time...

*not the end of the convo but I forgot the rest*

some yin and yang shit y’all

This reminds of my EII mom. Typical conversation.

EIE: This person is really pissing me off. He's a fucking idiot. Why are people so rude?!
EII: Maybe he's just having a bad day. Did you reach out to him to find out what really happened?
EIE: No. The person is just being stupid. But I guess you have a point.
EII: Maybe you can reach out to him when you feel better or not.. whatever you decide.
    EIE: Oh ok.

LSE: Recently I went through *something bad* and I put it on social media. So I get messages from girls saying, "You're a nice guy," or, "You're a great guy-"
EII: And they're right about it, 'cause you really are
    LSE: Yeah shutthefuckup.
    EII: *laughs*
LSE: Then they share their own bad experiences with me, like in a heartfelt manner, and it's very-
EII: That means they trust you.
LSE: So 50% of my DMs are girls sliding in and 50% of the girls messaging me are like, people trying to share intimate negative experiences they had. So I have this weird- so it's like this weird dichotomy and I'm really worried about responding to the wrong DMs with the wrong kind of response.
EII: Oh! I'm just gonna say it- you're afraid you're going to hit on a girl that is feeling really sad.
    LSE: *giggles* Haha yeah.
EII: *laughs* Well that just shows how considerate you are and that you really just want to make people comfortable, right?
LSE: *serious tone* What I'm trying to say is... I thought I would be happy if I had girls DMing me but I don't feel... it. It's very superficial sense of fulfillment.
    EII: Right.
LSE: I feel like DMing will never make me interested in girls.
EII: You heard it here first! *jokingly* Don't DM LSE or it's over.

LSE to EII: You're really bad at self-preservation.
EII: My dog and I might be related.
Oh, to find you in dreams - mixing prior, analog, and never-beens... facts slip and turn and change with little lucidity. except the strong, permeating reality of emotion.

Finding the right-fit dual was damn hard, but grateful to have been with LSE for a year.

TDLR; I got a rare pepper from a chef friend (LIE) who smuggled the seeds into the country and I wanted to gift it to chef boyfriend (LSE). But, he dropped off the earth for 2 weeks (among other issues), and we had a phone call to clear things up.

LSE: "I didn't know something was wrong"
EII: "hjjhfdsjhfvdjhfjhs..... don't treat valued relationships like this.....dshduhsd"
LSE: "You're right. It's my fault. I didn't mean to make you feel sad or disrespected. I'm not going to do that again."

    Later-

EII:"....(changed behavior blah blah) that I need from you. What do you need from me?"
LSE: "I need you... to eat carbs. They are essential for optimal body function."

We were both in agreement and at ease by the end-

EII: "So, do you want the pepper then?"
LSE: "Of course, I'm going to eat that shit"
    EII: "One bite?"
    LSE: "Uh huh.."
EII: "Sweat all over your body with a fiery bathroom trip later?"
    LSE: "...twerking.. my ass"
    EII: (I laughed a lot)
LSE: "I'll twerk for you if you let me try your cooking"
EII: "My cooking? Nah, nah- bad idea"
LSE: "Test day is coming, EII. Get ready for it."
EII: "Is that the deal we are making?"

Me: *asks somewhat vague but earnest question about a topic that was LSE's field of study*
LSE: *lights up and begins talking*
LSE: *decides he's been too specific, backs up and adds more context*
LSE: *even more context and how it ties to the original question*
    Me: *eyes start glazing over*
LSE: *more explaining, with improvised diagrams involving coasters and placemats*
Me: *internally wonders if there's a better way to ask the same question to get a quicker answer*
LSE: *examples and anecdotes, each with their own explanations*
    Me: *lays head on table*
    LSE: *brief concerned expression*
    LSE: *finishes rabbit trail #42*
    LSE: Does that make sense?
    Me: I have to pee.

It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

I mean we have heated conversation over which policies were passed under which party president. I will then whip out the good old search engine and google it and put the proof under his nose and he then acknowledges me being right. I tell him I’m always right (because I do enjoy history and politics). It’s impressive how much information EII can be interested in without wanting to be necessarily. I will not however sit there for hours watching a development of each story like Ukraine. I know why it started and what Putin wants and what I want and that’s all I need to know lol

Me: Are you watching this again???!?!?!
LSE: I like to know what’s going on
Me: I know babe but seriously just shoot my brains out… let’s go out for soft serve ice cream.
    LSE: ok! Shuts off TV

^ Steve and I might be dating the same women.

In doing research for my reply to the above post, I discovered that DC Comics has a storyline in which Wonder Woman and Superman are romantically linked.

Superman isn’t a human. Doesn’t the Comics Code have rules against sex between humans and non-humans?
To say nothing of the fact that it would be dangerous. Just read the essay “Man of Steel, Woman of Kleenex”.

This... Hits. On many levels. I now got another data point. The ILI/SEE dualization process is actually quite similar to the LSE/EII dualization. Makes sense given how while the LSE will be quite frustrated by the ILI the EII will forgive almost everything they do as that's kinda what you do when you're on the business end of the benefit relationship. ILI's "benefit" EII's after all.

This is also how an LSI-SLE couple could really fuck me up. Truly manipulate me in all the worst ways were I also ignorant of how attachment tends to work.

Also, don't discount being merely "average" in appearance as a female. The "Siren" seductive type is more about the aura they project over their objective HB score. Cleopatra was only slightly above average in her appearance if the historical record is to be believed (I.E. She was merely an HB 7, 8 tops) yet in the eyes and minds of the likes of Cesar and Mark Antony she was literally an incarnation of Aphrodite (The goddess of sex, love and lust among others). An HB infinity.

You can pull off a similar effect in the mind of your target, but it'll require you to be truly vulnerable and honest with yourself. A thing you can only really manage if you fix your attachment...

EII: "I'm not your type because I'm not Asian, right?"
    LSE: "Well, yes"
EII: have no reason to be upset, but feels like a bee sting to the face
This demonstrates well how to stand up to an LSE

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

Me and My LSE and his long term vision based on my capabilities
LSE: you would be a great lawyer honey!
EII: why I would think law is more NT
LSE: yes but there are different types of laws; you would make a great trial attorney
    EII: why?
LSE: because you are passionate and when you get up there you talk with such passion and you ask all types of questions. You can go to the school and in 2 years you would have your degree
EII: Ne just opened up the possibility; but I too want you to be a lawyer so I can have it out with you point by point
LSE: you already do and you’re not a lawyer
EII: hates it when LSE are right

How LSE can remind EII to come off “nice”

We are walking around the block and there are three aggressive husky mix dogs who never get it. They still haven’t learned who we are after knowing us as locals even after 10 years of living in the neighborhood. We are passing by their home again and they run up growling again!

EII: “oh come on now!” (In my you should not assume that attitude with us again!”
LSE: “that’s not how you want to sound to them. You want to sound pleasant and nice and positive, like ‘hiii boys. It’s us!!! Good boys’ if you use that tone they can sense you are afraid of them”
    “It’s ok puppy! You’re a good boy”
EII: “yes, I don’t like aggressive dogs” secretly thinking why they are dumb dogs

I don’t have many conversations with LSEs and almost nothing that stands out/ isn’t private except this one little thing I still remember lol -

me: look at this cool post on Reddit - it’s a gif of a developing embryo: https://www.reddit.com/r/oddlyterrif...t=1&utm_term=1 *finds it cool anthropologically speaking - how it seems to have what looks like almost fins… how animals are ultimately connected…*

LSE: *creeped out* it looks like an alien… it’s not cute…

me: *surprised he doesn’t find it cool but also finding his reaction a little… humorous…*

*fins lead to how mammals are descended from a fish named Tiktaalik which I show him*

LSE: *looks at the wiki article/pic* yes, I like titktaalik… it is cute

    lol

i think i'm having an EII-LSE conversation right now, or aconversation with a Te lead.
they are being rude, and i'm feeling an unprecedented need to lecture them on it.

Here’s a conversation between two EII
    Myself and my coworker

Me: I’m having trouble with my mom lately. She wants to live on her own and I just don’t feel like it’s good for her
EII: does she have health issues?
    Me:yes
EII: I know what you mean. My mom will likely end up living with me too. My sisters don’t want her with them and I’m not going to let my mom fend for herself and abandon her! That’s just not how I am. Awww. One day at a time. 🤗
