My supervisor who is cool and easy to work with he always had a good comeback but not in a smart aleck way. I confronted him about something he had a good reason but i was never that quick of a thinker i had to think of tge scenarios in my head before confrontation. With me always try to predict what the person might say and then counter that scenario. We be in sync when it comes to work. He used to be good but being force to supervise his performance went down. If i confront him on something he be having some good comebacks on the spot naturally i cannot do it i have to go back and think about.

Not sure, could be one of the unequal relations. Could also just be interaction of specific functions, for example Pe vs Pi or Ji.
