Ones I do agree with:

Jonathan - I lean more toward EII but close enough
Dio - Yup, beta extrovert, although I think there's a more decisive shift to SLE in part 3
Jotaro - No elaboration needed
Narancia - There's other possibilities but I find this passable
Abbachio - Jotaro but with actual character flaws

Ones I disagree with:

Joseph - Easy EIE for me. Everything from his fixture on getting emotional responses to his planning 10 steps ahead in a fight and rarely operating in the present.
Caesar - Beta is the right ballpark I think, but maybe try one of the introverted types, Caesar is incredibly reserved by contrast and doesn't expend more effort than is required.
Kakkyouin - I honestly think he's too much of a 1 dimensional character to assign a type to at all.
Josuke - I'm not sure how you got 1D Fe on the cards for this? He seems ESE to me. Very similar to Joseph but acts on things as they come.
Giorno - Very disconnected from reality and is heavily invested in concepts of fate and faith, one example being his appeal to mista against white album. I would suggest IxI, leaning toward IEI.

Regarding the ones I left out, I don't give the side characters much thought and I don't see anything especially criminal nor anything that rings true in my head about their types here. I will leave them be for now.
