I use a few of them, but any more than that they tend to fuck up/slow down websites too much. And I'm not sure how effective they really are- since even after I use anti-tracking programs CCleaner still finds crap on my computer all the time when I run the weekly maintenance check. YMMV on that, but my internet connection isn't the best so less is more for me.
