After watching the videos in the OP thread post, I have changed my opinion.

I think Delphine is attempting to manufacture SEI (cute, sweet, domestic, likes crafts, a bit ditsy) in her stage persona, as the majority of the moe anime characters she's modelling it on fit that stereotype. However her true colors come out in the bathwater video, where we see her shaking her hips suggestively and then pouring water out of the bath into a cup.
