    Default LSE-ILE benefit relation

Just curious as to how this kind of relation plays out.

Not the greatest potential for a close working relationship; they never seem to have the same priorities or approaches so they'd get along best under a common a supervisor.

Their relationship depends on which type is in the superior position or if they're equals. An LSE that I knew used to browbeat mercilessly an ILE subordinate saying that he needs to become part of the real world in order to become more productive; the ILE hated him. Another ILE used to say that his LSE subordinate couldn't see beyond his own nose so had to seek other intelligences in order to get his work done; the LSE hated him and said that he was a devious user. ILE and LSE colleagues wanted nothing to do with one another but neither seemed to hate the other......

    a.k.a. I/O
