I'd note that National Academy (the only respected one) is doubful to gave to Gulenko a scientific degree (though with today corruption and degradation in UkrSSR can be a lot). That "Dr" should to have a local status. Also it's important for what "Dr" was assigned as it would be lulz to have scientific degrees in not-scientific regions as today Socionics and especially baseless fantasies of Gulenko.
