They can use whatever bathroom they want...in the psychiatric hospital. I am saying this as someone who considered going MtF a while back. It's a delusional and unhealthy mindset to have whether it's caused by unharnessed autogynephilia or dysphoria or whatever.

Gender-neutral bathrooms. Problem solved.
“Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage.”

I've always said there should be a bathroom for bloody activities and one for non-bloody activities and that's it.
Well, despite looking like a masculine man thanks to hormone therapy and working out, he still has a vagina and not a penis so the only thing that makes sense for him is to use men's bathroom stalls and avoid urinals.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buck_Angel
I've used one of these before because it was the only bathroom at a theater once. Tbh, it was a bit weird waiting in a long line of men and women for two stalls and no urinals, while someone loudly took a dump. I don't really feel strongly for or against it, but if there are gender neutral bathrooms then they should still have men and female bathrooms as well instead of everyone being forced to use only gender neutral bathrooms.

A gender neutral bathroom next to the typical men's and women's bathrooms seems like the best possible solution. Too bad that's an extra expense for businesses. But being forced to use the bathroom for a gender you don't identify with or forcing people to use a bathroom with a different sex both seem like lesser ideas, especially when it's complicated by the fact that people occasionally look like they own the opposite genitals, lol.
A man can look very feminine, and a woman can look very masculine, it does not take away from the fact that they were born with a certain biological sex. If we allow men in women's bathrooms, and women in men's bathrooms, we defeat the entire purpose of having the bathrooms separated. As for gender neutral bathrooms, I personally don't mind them, though I wonder what others - particularly women - think of them. Women I know tell me they feel safer in women's only bathrooms, I find that perfectly understandable, especially at night clubs, restaurants etc where you share mirror, sinks and such with each other.
If we have a male bathroom, a female bathroom and a unisex bathroom next to each other, who is going to stop people like Buck Angel from going to the men's bathroom? Wouldn't it also be discriminatory to tell trans people to use the unisex bathroom rather than the one for the gender they identify as?
If you start urinating on the seats, it's going too far IMO.

anyone should be able to use every restroom ... at least legally.
Why should the women's restroom have a long line when the men's restroom doesn't? If you're comfortable you should legally be allowed to use it.
Or just go for the gender neutral bathrooms.
But please.... put more than TWO toilets in them.
I think gender-neutral 'everybody is welcome/who gives a shit' bathrooms are the best, but I don't really think the average run-of-the-mill straight everyman person is ready for that- it would trigger them too much. I think this tho is probably the reason why it should be done. New things are uncomfortable at first, but you get used to it.
I always thought it was interesting how women's boobs are so overly sexualized in society, but men's chests are not- unless the dude has an obviously obvious Chad-like body, such as Channing Tatum stripping or something, you know? But women's boobs are clearly more objectified on an objective level- like it feels like society has a whole doesn't want the sexes to mix publicly in situations that could lead to men perving out too much, out of this deep fear of what the 'average man is gonna do.' I just think it's stupid and immature, like straight men really need more self control if the fears are justifiable lol. It kind of boils down to a weird sense of deep misandry for the common beta male, with a misogynistic icing on the cake, yet gay/trans people are supposedly 'the freaks.'
Like if I can use the men's bathroom right now without losing control and going crazy in a lust-filled rapist rage (even if a hot guy is there with me), then straight men should be able to do the same if they simply have to use the bathroom in the presence of a female. Right? IT'S A PLACE TO PEE GODDAMNIT!
Goes deeper than bathrooms or straight vs gay/trans people though... society really has a problem with men perving- regardless of his orientation. Back in the 70s, poilce really did enjoy cracking down on queers using the bathrooms for sex- and this thing kind of spills over from that. Of course, the WHAT ABOUT THE CHILDREEEEEENNN whines have all been factually unfounded. Now white gay men are pretty much on the incrowd now, and trans is kinda like the new 'gay' but then in 10-30 years it will be something different, until that group gets boringly accepted by people who they never should have asked to accept them in the first place. /shrug
You're missing the real point. If you are honestly comfortable with a grown man swinging his fully erect cod into the face of your 100 percent verified genetically and spiritually own daughter's face as he casually demands she suck him off because he "loves" her than I need not say anything more far as anyone with a functional brain is concerned...
Utopian dreams are just that, Utopian. The ultra inclusive dream of a world where nobody gets mad at anyone for anything is a nice dream, but it is also just that, a dream. Dreams can never become a reality. Especially if they contradict human nature. We are a very tribal species. I do not like that fact, but it IS a fact. Deny it at thine own peril. Only one thing can possibly overcome that fact, but hey, he's the most hated man/being in all of history by most everyone right now. Guess who I'm talking about and I'll give ya a golden internet star .
Bonus level: Can you post the words (within this thread so I can easily confirm you did such a thing) "Jesus Christ is the Lord our Savior and God has risen him from the dead?" I emphasize that you need not truly mean a single keystroke. You can totally type that out in the absolute WORST faith. Snicker to yourself, mock me as you type it out as you think I take the words at face value, I care not. Just "saying the words" is enough for me. Can you do it? I dare ya, I double dog dare ya, type that out in a way such that you seem to be just robotyping and nothing else. No sarcasm, no maliciousness, just a mere emotionless recitation as if you were just doing it to claim a 10 billion dollar pay check from a puritanical boss. Can you? I eagerly await your answer...

Tbh, almost everyone that is pro gender neutral bathroom and removing men and women's bathrooms simultaneously probably never used one to know how awkward and restrictive it is. You want to be inclusive? Have men, women and gender neutral bathrooms simultaneously or don't bother adding gender neutral bathrooms at all IMO.

I have a mixed toilet where I work and never had a problem. you people are weird.
The thing about women's bathrooms is that the stalls are locked and no-one can see anyone's junk. The only way you're going to find out what's really in their pants is by expending considerable effort, very difficult to do surreptitiously.
A major victim of this debate is opposite-sex parents and carers who might be forced to send young children or the vulnerable people they're caring for by themselves into a bathroom. Very small number of trans people who just want to pee, lots of other reasons we should have some flexibility on the matter.

Weird I just watched a porn with him in it the other night. He was getting fucked by a bear. So its a woman who turned man who now has sex with men making him gay, but technically he is straight.
What a strange opportunity to say I don't care and its not a big deal. People are freaks. The more you age out in life the more freaky this entire thing reveals itself to be. Why fight it, why bother caring so much. Care about you and your own. The rest are forces beyond your control. Treat people with respect, but don't over work a transgender persons capacities either. They made their bed, let them lie in it.
They created it, they have to deal with every facet of what it brings, both internal and external. Consequences come in all shapes and sizes, even if you won the battle for your rights. They chose that path. Its not easy and its full of danger of all types. I would never knock a man or woman for choosing that path and i congratulate them on their bravery and courage, but I warn them also, you reap what you sow. The others might know you are an imposter no matter what you do, or say, or look, and so you might need to settle for life as an outsider forever. Its at the instinctual level. Can you handle that?
The idea the people can choose their gender is a very interesting one, as is the idea that they should accept the consequences of their decision.
I'm imagining myself as a robot, choosing to be either a man or a woman, and discovering to my dismay that men have short attention spans because they think about sex every few minutes and are also irrationally violent, and women have periods. "What? This happens every month? WTF?"
Personally, I think that switching back and forth between sexes could be very interesting, if it could be done, say, overnight, and reversed just as easily. It might have a transformative effect on society.
For the record, I'm looking at this as a thought experiment, not a personal goal. I'm pretty well satisfied with being male. But I also wonder what it would be like to be a wolf or a dragonfly, and if you could return to human form and retain the concepts and memories from the experience. My brain might lack the structures to support some of the impressions and memories.
I think the closest I got to such an experience was when I was taking acid and was shutting down different parts of my brain, most noticeably the memory storage functions (when you can't remember what you did 20 seconds ago, you can't plan a future, and you also don't know why the hell you are where you are, so you might as well Be Here Now. Lol) and the global visual image processing functions that we all take for granted.

Everything is a choice. Even deciding to go through with a gender reassignment surgery is a choice. Taking a testosterone shot day in and day out for 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 years is a choice. Telling people you are trans is a choice.
Trying to be male when you were born a female, with every single cell in your body telling your psychology you are a liar to your own biology is a choice. I mean, be all means do it because the alternative is a diminished life path and very possibly suicide. But don't ever for one second think that there are no choices residing in this.
Further, there is a difference between what could and should be and what is. What should be for trans, what could be, is total acceptance and tolerance at a deep level far beyond the normal constructs and idioms of the day, but what is is a strange unacceptance and fear that will never in a thousand years of cultural indoctrination change, because human beings are biological animals with a million years of behavioural history running the show. You cannot paint over top of something with 30 - 60 years of societal progression, something so inherent to our reality that you could find the signature of it within our trillion cells.
I knew a transguy who was very bossy, AND communicated a lot, AND dramatic, AND filled with testosterone, AND touched other men while speaking to them. A dangerous mix clearly headed towards mutiny when leading a group of guys on a fire line.... sink or swim and there was no way in hell I was going to help. This was a harsh lesson one needs to learn on their own. You want to be a boy, you better quickly figure this out why everyone is turning on you.
There are a thousand thousand moments as a boy, or girl ages, where they learn the subconscious nuances of their gender that you can't just 'learn' consciously, like some simple class project. It takes a strong, flexible spirit to be able to learn a hard lesson normally learned at 9 when the other boys teach you you cannot touch them without a secret dominating threat. An adult male knows this just by virtue of having lived it.
The same could be said for woman.
The difference between what is and what should be, Kim. I suggest you look into this.
Keep in mind, a trans-person is knowingly, or unknowingly, one of the most dependent and invested with the success of our society and further all of modern Civilization for their own survival.
Things would get pretty dark and scary if the modern systems collapsed and there is no longer any hormonal medicine arriving on their doorstep forever. Then they would be in trouble. Without estrogen, estrogen blockers, and testosterone, they would no longer be their reassigned gender. Imagine needing to take a drug for your entire life cycle? And then imagine there was no medical system anymore?
That is the fragile reality here.
