    Default Sociotype.com test chart collection

I would like to see everyone's "strengths and values" charts from the extended test from https://www.sociotype.com/tests. Also share the base result you got. Any other information is optional. I'm just curious to see how balanced/crooked/matching/etc. different types' charts are.

I was expecting to not like this test as it mentioned a VI element. However, this was probably a highly misleading statement. I thought that section of the test was actually very good. The questions before that were also well-written. It was good that questions could be skipped, but I felt that in many cases, the questions were splitting too much into binary opposites. I thought this had a good use of Model-A theory. I give it a 7.5 out of 10. I completed it in 13 minutes.

    My result:
    Your Sociotype: LII-2Ne TiNe (INTj)

    Other Possible Types
EII (INFj): 92% as likely as LII.
ILI (INTp): 73% as likely as LII.
ILE (ENTp): 66% as likely as LII.

Yes, its ability to keep results like that is a good feature.

Maybe I will try again at the weekend. (If you click the arrows in the post I quoted, there is also my results for the shorter (original) version of the test that I preferred to the extended one).

edit: I don't really understand the significance of the quadra chart, at least purely from looking at those particular results where it seems like that chart is broken.

The Socioype.com site also has an Intertype Relationship Calculator under "Tools".

It says my both my ex-wife and my last LSI GF have a psychological compatibility rating of about 55% with me. I'd say that sounds about right.

    *EDIT*
I used the IR calculator to make a list of the psychological compatibility of some of the people in my life whose types I feel I know, and the results closely reflected the way I feel about most of them.
There were some variances, but these occurred with people who had other important features, like long associations, similar world views, or common major interests.
Aside from that, the Intertype Relationship calculator was pretty accurate in predicting psychological compatibility.

I found this to be quite the eye-opener.

I remember obtaining the exact same shape as you (with a LII-0 result), but with Ti / Ne / Te / Ni as max values instead of Ti / Se / Te / Si.

Since my extended test results were from 2015 (?) I took it again for whatever you are going to use this for @Director Abbie

I notice some, if not all, the people are different now. That part used to be hardest for me since I usually felt neutral to most of them so no draw either way. It was a bit easier this time. It didn't change too much from my last extended. I got my Ni demoted to 1Ni. That could be due to my overall better state of mind and mood since I took my break from the forum last year.

    Test Result

    Your Sociotype: IEI-1Ni (INFp)
Intuitive Ethical Introvert - The Romantic

    Brief Description of the IEI

Using introverted intuition as her base function and extroverted feeling as his creative, the IEI lives in a world of vivid imagery and imagination. Like the SEI, the IEI is a very creative type and is often seen channelling this creativity towards artistic pursuits such as music. However the two types' creativities diverge with the SEI's creativities channeled towards more tangible creations and the IEI's channeled towards more intangible creations--e.g., the creation of imaginary worlds or stories. The IEI is acutely attuned to the effect these creations can have on people's emotional state, and it is not uncommon for these creations to have a strong emotional impact on people. At her best, the IEI provides deep and meaningful insight into events and trends--particularly those involving human interaction. At her worst, the IEI can become lost in her imagination and lackadaisical. Overall, the IEI's depth of imagination and emotion often goes unidentified by those around her, and this is perpetuated by the IEI's disinterest in broadcasting these traits.Learn more about the IEI:

    My results from today:

(seems similar to the last time I took it three years: although on the shorter version of the test when I last took it, I got EII rather than LII).

Projection is ordinary. Person A projects at person B, hoping tovalidate something about person A by the response of person B. However, person B, not wanting to be an obejct of someone elses ego and guarding against existential terror constructs a personality which protects his ego and maintain a certain sense of a robust and real self that is different and separate from person A. Sadly, this robust and real self, cut off by defenses of character from the rest of the world, is quite vulnerable and fragile given that it is imaginary and propped up through external feed back. Person B is dimly aware of this and defends against it all the more, even desperately projecting his anxieties back onto person A, with the hope of shoring up his ego with salubrious validation. All of this happens without A or B acknowledging it, of course. Because to face up to it consciously is shocking, in that this is all anybody is doing or can do and it seems absurd when you realize how pathetic it is.

For comparison, I remember that the first result I ever got on that test was EII-Ne (two years ago).

Had to redo it today to see where I was at. More or less as expected, although at this point I know the test so well it's easy to game it. I tried to be honest though, and it took me longer than expected to really think about everything. Probably the longest this test ever took me, actually.

The Socioype.com site also has an Intertype Relationship Calculator under "Tools".

How did you figure out the subtypes of others? I can generally deduce whether they have irrational or irrational as a subtype but the number thing throws me off.

    Love the idea.

I don't like how it just copies the numbers to make it symmetrical. I value Ni more than that, but Se and Fi seem about right.

I guess. I'm not sure how accurate my guesses are, regarding some people's subtypes, but the predicted ITR compatibility percentages seem to come out as I experience them.

The one exception where predicted compatibility differs from my feelings is ESI-Se vs ESI-Fi. I'm drawn to ESI-Se's more than I am to ESI-Fi's, but I could see me being more comfortable with ESI-Fi's (and they with me). But this is in keeping with the idea that your "off" subtype dual (Se in my Te subtype) is a better match in public life, and your "on" subtype dual (Fi to my Te subtype) is a better match in private life.
