NLT & ESV translations are nice but especially NLT is expressive without compromising the integrity of most meanings.
I am not sure about which Surah is my favorite yet.

Through which Sun of Being’s Light is passed,
Each tinted fragment sparkles with the Sun,

My favorite surah has to be Al-Fatihah (#1) but I have a personal connection with others such as Al-Jumu'ah (Friday, #62).
I just read from the Qur'an ch. 2 section 37 v267-273 and it is very timely, very assuring.
Happy reading All. <3
