I don't meet people a lot like this in life, and if I do, I try to avoid them so I don't ruin whatever perfect world they have in their heads.

This is definitely something where these people are not aware of the rest of the world, they are kind of moving from situation to situation with a constrained view, and I think anybody who doesn't fit that description tends to stray.
