Question The Pain Of Duality / Conflictor Break-Ups

When Socionics claims the benefits of Duality, is this excluding the potential pain of a break up or otherwise loss of relationship?

If 2 duals really love each other but must end their relationship, isn't that separation potentially quite painful or are dual break-Ups even mostly pain free? Is it breaking up with a Conflictor that can be excruciating in the sense of loss? Looking for clarification here from others in addition to my own experiences to check a few typings from the past.

Each essence is a separate glass,
Through which Sun of Being’s Light is passed,
Each tinted fragment sparkles with the Sun,
A thousand colors, but the Light is One.

I broke up with two ESTJ exs. The first had serious financial issues and couldn't take on a new relationship but didn't want to man up and admit it. The second was borderline evil and used people to his advantage. The third one, my husband is a gift from God.

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE
