From my limited experience, I would say that women are pretty reliably attracted to displays of their dual-seeking function.
However, this is different from what turns them on. I seem to be completely incapable of predicting that, and have to either ask or go by trial and error. And there have been some errors....
IIRC I thought the HA and dual seeking functions were the functions that turn people on.

Getting "turned on" shouldn't be related to one specific functional element. That suggests other dynamics are somehow not as much of a "turn on" or whatever, that's not how it works, I don't think.
There's different types of "erotic behavior" you might want to look into, if you are interested.
Also, the descriptions about how types "metabolize" sexual information I think is talking about how they consciously make sense of it, how it manifests in their behavior, etc. Otherwise, sexuality is pretty human, everyone is motivated by it to the same extent, unconsciously.
From types point, the answer implied that IR influence on what functions attract more of the interest.
Activity in weak functions should attract more, including for seeking friendship and romances. In the aspect of a sympathy, not just an interest, - it's more about valued weak functions.

Those ones are weak for LII - the type which mb just your case
For example, Fe produces worse effect on Te types than Fi related emotions.
Duality traits may turn on the most, in personal part. For example, I like when women are cute, shy and quiet - introverted traits. Not clear about J/P in nonverbal impressions - mb neutral trait for sexual interest.
Itself, "sensory desire", sexual arousment, aestethical sympathy is more Si, as it's subjective state and evaluation. To Se relates a wish to get someone or something, mb to be attracted to some objective traits (like only some colors of hairs).
And that "deep psychological need" is linked with the degree of sexual attraction which will be supressed in case of negative influence there and the opposite - with positive you'll get higher sexual interest. IR is one of factors of sexual interest and sexual energization.
