    Default Nutshell descriptions of 2 combined enneagram fixes

    So this is pretty much like the tritype archetypes, only I'm going to put only two enneagram types together instead of all 3. I think having only 2 makes it be able to described more simply and makes things less convoluted. As a disclaimer these are all just my brainstormed descriptions. So lets get started:


    1 and 2- The Conscientious Do-Gooder

    The Mother Theresa type people. Their morality is expressed by doing the small and tedious task. Value humility.

    1 and 3- The Professional

    A very by-the-book type person. Focus a lot on work and being diligent. Career and education are very important.

    1 and 4- The Cultist

    Probably the type most likely to be deeply religious or hold some enigmatic views.

    1 and 5- The Formal Academic

    The type most likely to get into hardcore fields of science and deal with very complicated structures. The stereotypical college professor.

    1 and 6- The Conservative

    Very rigid and set-in-their-ways type person. Clings very heavily to what they know and fears change. Values tradition and stability in society.

    1 and 7- The Perfectionist Hoarder

    Searches for perfection by trying out as many things as possible.


    2 and 5- The Mentor

    Focused on helping people through teaching.

    2 and 6- The Servant

    Helps people through a strong fear driven need to. Tends to doubt self.

    2 and 7- The Host/Hostess

    A very exuberant person. Likes to bring people together and host exciting activities.

    2 and 8- The Hero

    Helps people through bravery and force. Likely to get into emergency services.

    2 and 9- The Soft Spirit

    Extremely kind, gentle and non-aggressive. Tends to be very likable to others.



    3 and 5- The Strategist

    Utilizes knowledge to help them get ahead of the game.

    3 and 6- The Self-Improver

    Worries greatly about their self-image and will go the great to lengths to improve how the appear to others.

    3 and 7- The Flamboyant

    A very wild and active person. May come off as promiscuous and grandiose in their desires.

    3 and 8- The Executive

    The stereotypical success driven boss/CEO kind of person. Pushes themselves and others hard to achieve goals.

    3 and 9- The Suburban Neighbor

    A very normal and average appearing person. Wants success and to live peacefully.


    4 and 5- The Contemplater

    A very withdrawn and shut-in person. Absorbed in abstract thought nearly all the time.

    4 and 6- The Emotionally-Guarded

    Very touchy in regards to their feelings. Tend to be hot and cold with others.

    4 and 7- The Eccentric

    Expresses emotions though outside manifestations.

    4 and 8- The Reaper

    A very dark, edgy, aggressive person.

    4 and 9- The Ghost

    A person with a very low-key and ghostly presence.



    5 and 8- The Haughty Intellectual

    An argumentative debator. The stereotypical "angry nerd" .

    5 and 9- The Homebody

    Person who likes to stay home a read books and what not.


    6 and 8- The Xenophobe

    Very distrustful of outsiders. May have the most tendency for bigotry and rasicm.

    6 and 9- The Self-Doubter

    Tries to keeps the peace at all cost. Fickle and apologetic.


    7 and 8- The Jock

    Sporty and loud kind of person. May tend to playfully rough-house with people.

    7 and 9- The Jokester

    Upbeat person who likes being a little mischeavous sometimes. Focuses on simple fun.

    I posted a theory like this on typoc, about how it's easier to focus on two types instead of three. Personally I think that before jumping into three types it's better to focus on two.

    Hopefully people on here are a bit more open minded, cuz when I posted it the reaction was mainly "but muh third type", lol.

    I tend to not agree w the values of 2 and 7. But it makes sense (i'm 4w5).

    I see 2 and 7 together everywhere. As if being "friendly" and congenial were the most moral thing in the world, and without it, you are a bad, unproductive, person not advancing society (7). When I read articles that have 2 and 7 values together, I feel like I'm reading propaganda. I don't mind if they are like this, I just don't think the world would be better if everyone were like this, as the articles seem to suggest (in my mind).

    This is my SO instinct acting up.
