Supervision maybe? That's supposed to be the one where you feel like they're hovering over your every move. Or maybe a conflicting relationship, if it's more like the two of you can't even seem to communicate extensively without completely misinterpreting one another.
It might not be type related. Some people have characteristics and conditions like borderline personality disorder, narcissistic personality disorder, and high sensitivity that can cause them to react strongly to criticism, perceived slights, and other triggers.
But if it's type related, it would probably be a type in your opposing quadra.

Many develop hot-buttons and won't say that someone or something was annoying them until they actually erupt. After several eruptions, people get somewhat 'shell' shocked and tread very softly around them. This seems more related to individuals and not type or inter-type relations........

About eggshells. To me supervision doesnt feel like that. Supervisors get under my skin and force me to be unauthentic. But i wouldnt describe it as eggshells. Thats more like conflict.

Supervisor if you mean that things you say is taken in a wrong way but it is OK for you. [Conflict is usually bit different as it deals with both parties and is more less just fruitless and plain and frustration.]
Then there comes super ego which deals with picking different meanings (by both) and kindred where it is just "oh, please...".

I think mb its not type related, especially if shes your boss or shes the same way with other employees.
Maybe she simply thinks that being overly critical is part of her job as boss. Or mb she feels animosity towards you for some reason and thats how she express it. Or mb shes insecure and she tries to assure employees are doing a good job.
Yes, I agree with others that this is common with enduring Supervision and Conflictor relations. The difference is you still might be trying to gain approval from the former but give up more easily on the latter. This is also possible with other Quadra type relations, depending on the circumstances, but not as Socionics-characteristic as the above.
