Few words about him: he is always very polite and bubbly, talks like a lot and all the time, when he tells the story, he includes every possible detail, likes sports and is very good at "physical" stuff, moves with grace, sort of like a cheetah.

I'd say ESFx, possibly SEE
Well, he lacks certain agressivness about him to be SEE I guess, he is not the type to do what he wants whenever he wants it. (this is my impression from SEE people) but of course I can have bad idea about SEEs since I am in the process of creating inner socionical, logical structure, so if I am wrong, correct me.

That definition of SEE is too limited ime. They do their stuff as everyone else. Its impossible in society to live doing what we want always. They are very hardworking ppl (also ESE ime). Plus they have Fi and Fe. They are able to be polite to get what they want and they can be warm hearted.
From that, ESE talks and talks and talks, if ESE tells a story they describe context and details meticulously. There is a lot of emotional charge in their words and its always some kind of "teaching/advertising/parental/caregiving" attitude in all their discourse. ESE "I know whats best gor you".
SEE are more grounded and lot less emotional though they are warm hearted/compassionate (more than ESE ime). They don't describe stuff or context meticulously, they go to the important parts but they try to make a funny story centering for example in funny details.
Cares a lot for work or getting money, power in the sense of taking the last word, or having for them their hands free to do, and take decisions is important for them (Se). Their discourse often goes around such areas, work, enterprises, money, power and capacity/abiliry and will. SEE "I'm the best".

His smile personally reminds me of a couple SEE guys I know, so I'm leaning in that direction. His eyes are a tad bit penetrating/calculating (even if he looks just warm and open otherwise) which is something I associate with Se in the ego block...Could still be ESE though, but my best guess is SEE...
The first picture does look like SEE to me.
