What do 3D vs 4D look like for Te, Ti, Ne, and Ni?

What differentiates 3D Ni from 4D Ni? 3D Te from 4D Te? The same for Ne and Ti as well, preferably. Rather than some exceedingly academic thing that says, "4D Ni is aware of the transient and fluid state of the flow of temporal energy as it emanates from the universal core," what do they all generally look like when observed?

Difference between creative and lead ime is that lead is always being used, while creative is used depending on the situation. So with a Ne lead hes always looking for new possibilities and imaginations, whereas a Ne creative uses his Ne to create more possibilities in service of Ti or Fi, so possibilities for human relations/potential or possibility for something to work or not.
