ILI inspire higher personal sympathy for SLE (semiduality) and among worst for LSI (orderer). If you have SLE you should like ILI more than ESE, while having LSI you should notice the opposite.
The best way to check your type by IR is to find several people of each type among those with who you communicate IRL significantly. Easier way as a start is to use bloggers examples.

Yes, funny you should mention that because I often don’t like ESEs except in small doses from longer distance but ILI often like me and vice versa. I have typed everyone I know well irl and my relationship with an ESE went down in flames after a few months, couldn’t stand her emotional storms and disdain of Ni. Many of my closer friends are ILI and a short relationship with ILI was pretty good but not as good as IEI.
I get your points about seeming rational, but IR fits SLE better because I absolutely prefer Ni doms to Fe doms and hate Fi much more than Ne.

Types are one of factors for relations. For IR evaluation is more important irrational impressions from some types compared to people with other types.

It's interesting to offer a test to several ILI with who you felt better than common near from the beginning and then, having significant communications. Same would be useful with ESEs which were perceived badly.
