We had leftovers. There was leftover chicken, some pasta, and some Chinese food. Then we had fruit for dessert because the meal was so terribly lacking in veggies. Well, except my leftover stir-fry that was mainly veggies. But no one else had much in the way of them. I have a general rule to serve lots of veggies with meals.

I just ate saugage and pasta, I used to eat that once every day. I've changed the meal I eat everyday to meatballs and pasta, because meatballs are now cheaper.

I'm making a couple of Indian dishes, but I can't remember the names of either. Something with cauliflower and potatoes, and a salad with avocado and walnuts in it... It's from my Indian vegetarian book..

    Shredded wheat = BLEH.

    Mmmm I LOVE Indian food.

My husband is still sick and I keep suggesting things and he keeps saying that whatever I suggest doesn't sound good. I was getting worried as time went on and he kept not wanting anything about whether I'd have time to get to the grocery store and all that, and he told me to stop worrying about dinner and we'd figure something out later. So I am not worrying.

ahahahaha I have the same problem with SLIs. I get all worried about how things are lining up, whether we'll have enough time to do such and such, and they always say "Whatever. We'll deal with it when we get there." Recently that didn't work out so well in a certain situation, but at least it convinces me to slow down a bit.

Does anything actually sound good when you're sick? I never have an appetite when I'm sick.

Make this: it's soooooo good and really healthy. Skip the tofu. It waters down the flavor.

First you bake ruy(not ryu) 'n' wheat bread. Then you cut it mercilessly in small pieces. Then you add a lot of garlic and yogurth, mix it a bit and voila.

I made myself fry potatoes instead of just eating canned food or skipping. Yay. Potatoes are good, but I always feel like I have better things to do than actually cook food. I know I end up somewhat malnourished sometimes though if I don't make myself sit down and do it, because you can't just live on convenience food, skip, or make other people cook for you all the time.
