    Default Supervision, socionics vs DCNH.

IEI-ESE. In socionics theory IEI is supervisor, the creative of the ESE is almost ignored and the lead of the IEI overrun the ESE. In DCNH the D supervise the C.

So what if the ESE-D and the IEI-C hangout? How would that play out?

    My estimation:

IEI would supervise functional aspects while ESE would put some extra effort being in the present with emotions.
IEI would use also lots of emotional expression into game.
That is like identical with different agenda. Hence it is a hangout with limited time ESE would have upper hand.

I can see it being a time thing, but also if not DCNH change during time ESE-D will always be the dominant force in the company. Maybe dumbfounded by the IEI-C's Ni but still the D.
