Defining differences between an IEE, ILI and LIE
Hi! I'm still trying to figure out the type of someone I know.
Three possibilities are IEE, ILI and LIE.
Could someone list the main differences between the three, that would starkly differentiate each from the other?
Thank you very much in advance

Hi Pastel, apart from quoting functions, ie, IEEs look at information on the basis of it's hidden potential. Depending on the situation, IEEs are good at developing people if they are managers, that is they look at someone based on their hidden potential, and find ways of developing them (eg, a person is good at statistics, figures, so let's give them additional analytical projects) - it's not done to task them with additional work, but to build on their experience for jobs in the future that they'd like to do.
ILIs tend to complain, a lot.
So that leaves LIE, who tend to look at information on the basis of it's function, but, they tend to be more positive and less likely to criticize in order to learn, which is more an ILI forte.
