That is to be expected. I 'd feel the same way probably. At least until I get the permission to take over (assist in) those things, of course.

My main problem for ISTp was that the ones I know are very affectionate with their respective significant others.

That sounds like my reaction toBut sometimes, when I tease him(it's pretty obvious I was joking), he gets all serious and gets a lil mad at me....

Saying something nice & sweet (<- yuck!) is not the way to show affection.
