For example, I have just had the vision for a song:

Basically the scene is a cafe where a guy and a girl are on their first date. It is in the evening by the waterfront, it is winter and there is a cold wind so the girl is shivering and seems eager to be close. The guy however is unfortunately LIE and cannot imagine what to say. But of course being LIE he has a plan: he says to the girl, let's answer a set of fifty questions, I brought this along to help us discover each other. We prefer to build intimacy in a structured way of course. The end game of the LIE in this song (because of course, we always have one) is to get the girl to fall in love with him.

Of course, the girl seems to become more amorous and eager. Her eyes start to burn and he can feel the sexual energy. But things don't go exactly according to plan. When she tries to shake things up sooner than expected, he has to adapt quickly.

I have already now seen in my mind how this will begin and end, but fleshing out the detail will be more challenging.

FTR, I got this idea for this from a real study called "Fifty Questions To Make Someone Fall In Love With You" which the NYT had an article on a few years ago. I thought it would be a kind of endearing way to show how a guy might try and "game" a girl into becoming obsessed with him. Find some kind of method that can be distilled to its essence, then apply it.

Basically the moral is overcoming the desire to make something romantic happen, and instead to just let it happen.

This is a lot more like me and how I feel, especially when I'm animated/energized/excited/aroused. I prefer writing about that than what somebody else would be like in my shoes, because third person is less intimate and less meaningful. But it does take courage to do so, because you expose a lot of stuff about yourself.

An LIE tries to seduce his Dual:

Maybe the arc we travel on is one which cannot ever be explored in isolation, or maybe it could be, yet it will be much easier to achieve great success when you can focus solely on what you enjoy the most, instead of having to divide your attention as you must when alone.

In either case, I have identified you as somebody who possesses potential, as you are a weapon of great strength and seductive power, and therefore I want to bring you into my life. I can guarantee that you will enjoy my presence, as it will be very intense and hardcore; like nothing that you have ever experienced before. You will possess and be possessed. Do we have a deal?

OK on another subject I have another idea for a song.

This is is about the life of a bee. I chose bees because I feel they're truly remarkable and do great work which we tend to overlook. They're not even designed to fly, really. Yet they do. So they have a kind of moral lesson to teach us in not giving a damn and just doing shit anyway.

I will flesh out more detail over the next couple of days but envision this as being a kind of biopic.
