    Post What are your Macros?

Macros is about Macronutrients (Protein, Fat, Carbs).

When I ask what your Macros are, I am asking what percentages of your total calories come from each macronutrient.

My current Macros are 35% Carbs, 30% Fat, 35% Protein.
With little fluctuations here and there, sometimes I have a few more Carbs and less Fat, or more Fat and less Carbs, but I try to stay close to the Protein goal (30% minimum).

Being a Meso-Endo, I find that macronutrient break-down ideal. I am satisfied, have enough energy, and so forth.

I've read that Ectomorphs tolerate and do better on higher carb and lower fat, Endomorphs do better on higher fat and lower carb, and Mesomorphs are somewhere in the middle (usually with a tendency towards either higher or lower carb tolerance, depending on their secondary somatotype).

So if you mention your Macros, please do mention your body type as well.

Not to be rude @Medusa but for typing purposes, subjects like these hold near zero interest to me. Actually lock in zero.

    Carry on people...

Based on your reaction to this thread alone, I would have said SP blindspot Delta NF.

So, you eat at least 150gr of protein daily ? way to go to get some cancer.

I consume around 2000 calories per day, sometimes even lower---> fat %40-50, carbs %30-50, protein %5-20

Mesomorph body type. 183 cm 80 kg

Not my area either but I wanna know what's up with that. Is there a way to calculate this with some Internet test?

About 50 carb 25 protein 25 fat give or take. I aim to keep my carbs under 50 and my protein over 20. I wonder how my body would respond if I went a lot lower on the carbs but I'm not sure if I could do that without increasing calories since munching on fruit keeps me from being hungry. Meso-endo.

I use my fitness pal app. I think most calorie counting apps or websites have this feature.

I have read science book how they metabolize in detail (each phase, enzymes etc) but I think it is in very bad shape.

Well you're supposed to take very few fat if you want to significantly lower the risk of getting heart disease. I think around 15% is the ideal, and no more than 25%.
