Venn Diagram: How do you get along with the Types

Someone posted this Venn diagram in a typology group, telling everyone to fill it in according to how you get along with the types.



I thought the idea was pretty interesting, that's why I am sharing it on here with you.

On this site, I modified the diagram a bit.
With my areas being "Can get along", "Tricky", "Strong attraction".



You can use my template, or the default one, or make your own modifications as you wish to.

I do agree that subtypes matter, but I thought it would have been too much to add them all.

Time element? You mean relations get better or worse over time? I'd just see the nature of the overall interaction in the overall time period from beginning to end and in-between, including both initial ease or unease etc. Basically, how interactions with a type are overall.

Sorry to hear that... But not all SLEs are like that, no?
Anyway, I get it that since those incidents SLEs are pretty high on your avoidance/annoyance/stress list.

I know, those created some bias. It's perhaps more of a masculinity problem, the fem SLEs I know were rather verbally aggressive instead. Yep.

I would do this but it seems like a little too much effort lol.

I find it easiest to like/get along with pretty much all Ethical types. Beta STs I would put in stressful and alpha NTs in annoying. Not much opinion beyond that.

Really Like + Stressful + Annoying: SEE, LIE
Can Get Along + Stressful + Annoying: ESI, most EIEs
Can Get Along ~ Maybe Really Like: ILE, SEI, LII, LSI, some EIEs
Can Get Along + Annoying: ESE, LSE
Can Get Along (or even like) ~ Stressful/Annoying (varies): EII, SLI

I don't think there's any type I can't get along with, but I do tend to get stressed out more easily dealing with some types than others. If someone is "Can Get Along" but not "Really Like," then they're probably either at least mildly stressful or annoying, so I've omitted the category on its own. I've added a "really like and stressful and annoying" though, for types I usually love but have complicated interactions with. As well as just "really like and annoying" if they're not usually stressful but sometimes weird me out and bother me which... actually replaced the "Can Get Along and Annoying" category for me. Bold for the types I tend to gravitate to the most strongly in friendships:

Really Like: SEI
Really Like and Annoying: ILE, ESE
Really Like and Stressful: IEI, LII, SLI, LIE
Really Like and Stressful and Annoying: ILI, SEE, IEE
Can Get Along and Stressful: LSI, SLE, EII
Can Get Along and Stressful and Annoying: LSE, ESI, EIE

Here's a different schema for if we're talking attraction-wise rather than friendships, some of which is guesstimate work based on extrapolating from my reaction to certain type-associated archetypes or from "if that friendly relationship were romantic instead." "Like" here is "I know for a fact, in more than just very specific circumstances, I've been attracted to this type." "Can like" is "I've never really felt attraction, but I can see instances where there could be." Bold for the types I'm particularly, consistently attracted to, or "really like":

Like: SEI girls
Like and Annoying: ESE girls, ESE guys, SEI guys, ILE girls, LIE girls, IEE girls, SLI guys
Like and Stressful: IEI girls, LSI guys, LSI girls, SLE guys, SLE girls
Like and Stressful and Annoying: ESI guys, LSE guys, LSE girls, LII girls, SEE girls, SEE guys, EIE girls
Can Like: IEI guys, LII guys, LIE guys, SLI girls
Can Like and Stressful: ESI girls
Can Like and Annoying: ILE guys, IEE guys
Can Like and Stressful and Annoying: ILI girls, ILI guys, EIE guys

Personal experiences that do not translate directly to theory due to various factors if one could assume variations in subtypes, culture and own personal position etc.

Yeah, especially when you consider the kind of circular reasoning used by a lot of people (though not everyone) ie "If I like this person they are this type, so I like people of this type."

I think certain irrational valuers tend to have weird push pull behavior. It probably varies a lot. ATTITUDE rather than objectivity.

From universal perspective this is circumstantial but you can find something out of this.

Currently going through a rough patch re: how I feel toward LSEs.

I actually quite like ILEs, I just feel that they are supervising me instead of the other way around. @_@ I don't feel like I'm close enough to any to be able to accurately put them in the intersection of "Really Like" and "Stressful," but that's where I'd put them if "Like A Lot From Afar" can count as "Really Like."

What would be really interesting is to get enough people to do this so that we can compare differences within a type!!!

Hm, this is not supposed to mean that, at least not in my world. My diagram is based on: From all people I've gotten to know better, which people were the most tricky, which ones did I get along with the easiest, and what were their types.

There'll be exceptions, of course. For instance, I did mention SEE as one of my strong attraction types, but of course this does not mean I'll be strongly attracted to all SEEs. I've come across some I wasn't attracted to at all for various reasons (mostly non-type related ones).
