    Default Jung's Capitulation of Types

    He writes a lot on these, after having spoken about each type. What does he mean? Like an end to type? Something else?
    "Inasmuch as it is nothing but pure communicability, every face, even the most noble and beautiful, is always suspended on the edge of an abyss"

    They asked the fox, "Who's your witness?" The fox said, "My tail!"

    Not sure what you're referring to @Delilah , unless you're talking about capitulation to the collective unconscious, or Erich Neumann and his reinterpretation of Jung with his centroversion ideas.

    A recapitulation is a review, so he's doing a summary of them

    I'll try to find a passage
    "Inasmuch as it is nothing but pure communicability, every face, even the most noble and beautiful, is always suspended on the edge of an abyss"

    They asked the fox, "Who's your witness?" The fox said, "My tail!"

    I am completely, but completely, embarrassed and looks like i missremembered his exact word; I found the copy of his writings;
    "Inasmuch as it is nothing but pure communicability, every face, even the most noble and beautiful, is always suspended on the edge of an abyss"

    They asked the fox, "Who's your witness?" The fox said, "My tail!"
