    LIIs can’t, almost by definition, be “badass.”

    re. Death Note, L is LII; Light is ILI. L never displayed Ni like Light did; the extent that he “saw the future” or whatever only had to do with his ability to think logically, and cautiously. Speaking of which, L was clearly Ti over Te. The entire conflict between the two was essentially the conflict in cognitive styles — both Ne vs Ni and Te vs Ti.

    Near, on the other hand, might have been another ILI though; this may have granted him a better understanding of Light.
