Jealousy vs. Envy in enneagram type 1 and 4

I've heard Jealousy being attributed to type 1 and Envy to type 4. The person went on to say that Ones get jealous of others who they perceive as being better than themselves in some way, getting more attention, better evaluations from others, making higher grades or salary, etc. and then they mistake their jealousy for envy of type Four and type as Fours.

What is the difference between jealousy and envy? How does this show for Ones and Fours?

It's more likely someone else would think what they saw was jealousy rather than a 1 thinking it was. The one would be more likely to be angry at someone getting recognition/whatever when they thought that person didn't deserve it. Someone looking on would think "oh, they're just jealous" but that's not what the one would think of themself or be feeling. They also might be angry at themself for not being better. Again, not jealousy/envy, and they would be unlikely to label it as such.
