To be honest, at least in the first pic, he looks kinda too young to type in this way. He looks around (or slightly older than) that age where most kids are like "Shit. I must ASSIMILATE! Don't rock the boat!" or "Rock the boat! It's what everyone else is doing!" If we go by the accustomed expression school of V.I., he's just smiling and staring in those two pics, lol. Everyone at some point has smiled and stared. If we go the Gilligan pseudo-phrenology genetic weirdness route, the contours of his face aren't really fully mature yet. He'll look a lot different in a year or two. So V.I. is pretty iffy at this point. I'd go by the vibe and temperament you get from him instead.
