He's a very low energy extravert because he apportions time with meetings, he's slow getting things rolling mentally, and puts his self first over others so egocentric.
I have a hard time believing ENTP for this other than running a big gamut of ideas, but implementing anything structural looks like not this part from the scattered inventor type.
