“My typology is . . . not in any sense to stick labels on people at first sight. It is not a physiognomy and not an anthropological system, but a critical psychology dealing with the organization and delimitation of psychic processes that can be shown to be typical.” —C.G. Jung
Love this idea trou <3
My choice: Coup D'Etat by G-Dragon (2013). He's an IEE Sx/Sp 3w4 surprise surpriseIdek if it's in Korean, this is my jam. These are tracks I never imagined could even exist.
You can smell the Ti PoLR from the title :') It reflects my personality because it's wild, otherworldly, showy, self-absorbed, eccentric, try-hard & innovative. The overall album topic is the act of self-creation, finding one's core being, heartbreak, loneliness, and rebirth - that hits home as well. The album cover of the masked artist --> play with identity.
My favorite tracks are Shake the World and most definitely MichiGo (Crazy). My sad and "done with everything" side is reflected in Crooked.
The promotion had an awesome and extraterrestrial choice of aesthetics, that represents me as an image-seeking person who looks for the unique in a both literal and figurative way:
Low by David Bowie is my long-term favourite album (which had its 40th birthday yesterday) - I suspect it reflect me quite well. (Bowie's also my favourite musician, although I am hardly comparable to him in terms of personality).
It has a distinct split between the first half, which has songs (apart from the first track, which is an instrumental), and the second half, which has instrumentals. The most famous song on the album, Sound and Vision, is about 3 minutes long, but goes about 90 seconds without any words except "Ah, Ah" and "Doo, doo, doo, do-doh, Doo, doo, doo, do-doh" (inspired I think by Brian Eno's On Some Faraway Beach), before going into a somewhat brief song. Some of the instrumentals have words, although not necessarily with any meaning.
Felt Mountain by Goldfrapp
The lyrics on those songs with lyrics are probably hard to relate on the individual level at times, but I very much relate to the fanciful nature of the whole album, and its general atmosphere, which includes yodelling at some points.
The Power Out by Electrelane
I think others would be surprised if I said that I thought this album represents my personality in some way (as a whole), what with it having highly energetic parts and sections where the music is at a virtual standstill: But I have found that during periods where I feel at my most creative, active, happy etc., it matches my mood very well, and the slower sections seem weighted with great emphasis and meaning.

Another Green World by Brian Eno
I consider Taking Tiger Mountain to be better than Another Green World, but I couldn't mention one with the other.

[Today 07:57 AM] Raver: Life is a ride that lasts very long, but still a ride. It is a dream that we have yet to awaken from.
It's hard to find a love through every shade of grey.
Mine has to be something rap because of how shit makes sense and lines up in my mind. >_< I don't know how to explain it.
The damn music video isn't me at all though. Just the music.

You may laugh at me, but I love this song for it's vibe and chaos in the lyrics, very similar to my personality![]()
