12 type enneagram. Relating to astrology/planets

Oh yeah full chart for sure. I'd say I'm very much a part of the "Por que no los dos?" (or tres, or quatro) club. Though I do get confused at a certain point. One thing I like about socionics, that I haven't seen in other systems, is the duality, it's so clear and impossible to dismiss.

funny, that just happened to me too. I have been turning over which of the two thinking types in this system I would be, lunar or saturn, and I went through the author's book again, as I had that out from the library, and it's still a tough call...

I guess what I'm getting out of this now is exploring the lunar side a bit more to see if maybe it helps lighten me up as I can get kind of blah/serious. I do like sparkly things a ton and the main difference I'm seeing between the two types is childlike versus adultlike. I do do a ton of research and reading, just all the time. That said, I have a ton of Aries/Pisces/first house stuff going on so childlike would seem to be maybe a part of my stars.

yeah thinking maybe a pro chart reading would be a good idea at this point in my life... lots of trying to do it all myself

I'm just trying to get something out of it without trying to take it too seriously if I can, which I tend to do. If enneagram or this help define what "mental illness" or mental state I'm plaguing myself with lately, then I'll use that as helpfully as I can, hehehe

I definitely dig the idea of transcending type as much as possible, I mean playing to my strengths but trying to go beyond into "higher" territory... to deal with my main problem with having learned socionics, which was facing the feeling of being trapped/defined

Well I think I'm enneagram 5 and I'm Leo with Virgo rising. It makes me the oddball from what you'd expect of a Leo.

It's like a constant ego clash combined with the desire to get out in the world because I want to learn something only to be disappointed and withdraw back in to my cave trying to make sense of everything.

It's like trying to befriend a grumpy lion. Or encountering a lion in the wild.

Ah yes the old conflicting bits. Makes things interesting I think! Alright, I reread a bunch and am quite settled on Lunar type. Sparkly objects, here I come. I'm very much still in favor of the 9type enneagram as well. Collect them all...
