Helping to turn news into garbage since at least 2004.

The perfect replacement for Megyn Kelly on Fox News.

Tucker Carlson in interview with Jon Stewart:

Fi-SEE 6w7. Funny, he has same hugging style of an SLE 6 that I've met a while ago.

I don't know what type he is, there's nothing I'm seeing that's really type-specific in any clip I can find and I don't know much about his life off the screen.

From every clip I've seen though, he's a dickhead who:

    A) Invites on the craziest moonbats to bolster this "calm right-of-center voice of reason" image he seems to be going for, an image akin to his predecessor (Megyn Kelly) or Bill O'Reilly in his calmer moods.
    B) Serially misrepresents what people have said to make them seem like crazy moonbats even if what they've said is totally sensible, a common tactic Fox talking heads use that's best-honed by O'Reilly or Hannity.

Worst case scenario he'll just flat-out ignore what the available info is on a subject and declare someone's views extreme and crazy just... because, his interviews on climate change are especially bad on that.

Fucker Carlson. I don't know his type. Based upon how he and Justin Trudeau and another EIE I know of look I'd say EIE likely (I don't even know that Justin Trudeau is an EIE, but he seems to be from what I know). SLE-Ti or SEE might be right.

    I think ILE

Also he's funny imo. His sarcasm cracks me up.

I disagree with him on the war on drugs & a few things tho, but I watch his show often.

Yeah IDK about him being EIE. He always seemed like an ILE to me. He uses Fe but not really as a base function.

I could believe he was some weird version of SLE.

The Barnum or Forer effect is the tendency for people to judge that general, universally valid statements about personality are actually specific descriptions of their own personalities. A "universally valid" statement is one that is true of everyone—or, more likely, nearly everyone. It is not known why people tend to make such misjudgments, but the effect has been experimentally reproduced.

The psychologist Paul Meehl named this fallacy "the P.T. Barnum effect" because Barnum built his circus and dime museum on the principle of having something for everyone. It is also called "the Forer effect" after its discoverer, the psychologist Bertram R. Forer, who modestly dubbed it "the fallacy of personal validation".

Mr. Tucker's image of his Authoritarian fantasy world (filled with strong men who go on to re-establish order) seems to be built on a foundation of 1970's homoerotic porn and massive infantile ignorance.

I think tucker is an Infantile, Delta, extroverted, and a shithead.

That means IEE. Except the shithead part. Those bow ties are a sure giveaway to Delta Infantile.

I agree with @Adam Strange he is some sort of infantile IEE makes sense I think ILE is possible too. I feel like people who have odd resting expressions tend to have low ethics.

I would tentatively say that Ron Paul is ILI-Te. His son, Rand Paul, is ILE.

Interesting. I thought you would say so. Talanov types him as IEE. I haven't thought much of it but at first glance your suggestion of IEE for Tucker seems more unreasonable from what I know of the type. Just my impression.

Here is what Talanov wrote about Ron Paul. I hope you would find it as interesting as I did.

Ron Paul. IEE. American politician, emotional old congressman, former gynecologist, one of the main contenders for the nomination of the Republican candidate for President of the United States in 2012 (against Barack Obama). In his struggle for Republican votes, he staked on personal freedoms and attracting youth votes, including advocating for the legalization of marijuana. Represents the liberal flank of the conservatives, in his election campaign, he focuses on the traditional for the American "right" requirement to minimize state interference in the life of civil society (this long-standing component of the republican ideology, as it were, balances the militant "conservative" conservatism of the Republican Party and for many decades has not allowed it to completely degenerate into a party complete reactionaries with their traditional statist Betan-totalitarian values). A successful populist who looks sincere enough. In the video chronicle of Paul's speeches, a large number of representatives of the SLI type in the candidate's support group are clearly visible (obvious by their characteristic emotional disengagement, bored look and mimic awkwardness)

He's pretty straightforward and down to earth. He's clearly a smart guy, I just don't agree with his views most of the time. However, he can be pretty hilarious.

Extroverted. Sensation type. Thinking. I believe he is SLE, a more laid-back SLE until you get him going, so I would say SLE-N.
