    Default Clifton Strengths Finder

Has anyone ever done it? If so what were your results? Even if you haven't done it or don't want to pay to take it, you could still go through this list here and choose your top 5.

I took the cheaper $15 version which just gives you the top 5. I would have liked to have seen the full list ranked from top to bottom but it was not worth the $89.

Here are my top 5 in ranked order:

    1. Learner
    2. Intellection
    3. Restorative
    4. Consistency
    5. Achiever

I agree completely with all of this although I was a bit surprised to see achiever on here because I never feel like I achieve much of real value. But I still feel the need to achieve something and make some contribution even if minor little project. It could be something as simple as putting all of the books on the shelf in order. I am a librarian by profession.

I was surprised input and ideation were not in the top 5. Other ones that seem to play a significant role even if they are not my top 5: Futuristic, deliberative, responsibility, significance, includer, harmony.

I think Woo would be the bottom for me. I'd probably also be low on adaptability, arranger, command, developer, positivity, and relator. Everything else I haven't already mentioned is in-between, it depends type of thing.
