I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

Every weekend, i use any product without sulfates.
I wash my hair every day and get it cut every five weeks.
My hair is fairly short now, but when it was in a shoulder-length ponytail, I'd wash it two or three times a week. I found that the oftener I washed it, the faster it got oily. If I skipped washing my hair for a day or two, the oil production would slow down and it would then stay oil-free for a bit longer.
I wash my hair/shower like three times a week but I used to every day. I get a hair cut about every 2 months.
... wash your hair?
On average 3 days a week
... cut your hair or have your hair cut?
Once every 4-6 weeks. It used to be more like once every 4-6 months when I had long hair. Now that I have a shorter haircut, I need to cut it more frequently to maintain it. My hair grows fast.

I wash it every day, and I cut it whenever it gets too long.
I wash it ideally 3 times a week and cut it twice a year
Wash - sometimes twice every day, w/ shampoo in the morning and with water in the evening since I use piles of products. And other times, every 3 days. So It depends on what styling I come up with.
Getting a haircut - every two weeks since it's extremely short, I dislike it when it's not in adequate shape.
wash about twice a week. cut when i notice split ends and start to feel mangy (probably about 3 months but i don't keep track)
I wash it about 3 times a week. I get it cut/colored about once every 4 months. I need a Keratin treatment ASAP.

I'm not quite sure what exactly they use, it is just called a regular keratin treatment. It's about $170 and only last for about 4-5 months.
A few years ago I got the "permanent relaxer" done and while it was stick straight, much more manageable, and lasted for longer than a year, all of my hair almost fell out lol. I was left with bald patches on the front of my head. I would shower and clumps would just come out. I believe it had the formaldehyde in it because that's exactly what it smelled like. The lady had to close down her salon and keep the windows open just for this process (which should've been a red flag for me lol). It's super important to only go to qualified people who know what they're doing. I thought I was, but I didn't do my portion of researching.
Wash 4 times a week, trim and color every two months.
Haircut about once a month, usually by myself unless I'm feeling unmotivated and about 2-3 times washing a week, depending on if I have product or not and also by the season -sweat more in the summer.
I wash my hair with baby shampoo when I shower before bed. It is just easier for me because washing and showering in the morning saps time. I'm the type of person I like to get things done in the morning so they are out of the way for the rest of the day. I used to put Argan Oil in my hair too because it is naturally wavy and hard to manage, but I didn't like the greasy feeling on my face. Plus when I sleep on my hair after washing it, it looks better in the morning after I brush it for some reason.
I usually get a hair cut once or twice a year mostly because I'm like hmm my hair is turning in to a mop.
I wash it every day (really shouldn't) and with shampoo once or twice a week.
I get it cut at the end of each season.
wash my hair: every other day. Every day I think dries it out and causes dandruff or something.
I have really thick hair and I'm supposed to cut it about once every two weeks but I never do it as often as I should, more like once every 2 months lol. Makes me look like such a scrub. the TLC girls don't want me, fucking snobby bitches.
