Smile How to tell apart Delta and Beta STs (LSI/SLE and SLI/LSE)

I'm not sure how to distinguish between LSI/SLE and LSE/SLI

    HOWW DOes ONE TellLL?!
    Very, very confused.

I keep reading up on them and I think there are still a ton of ways the SLE and SLI can look similar (wanting nice things, seeking quality, etc).

I want ways so I can be absolutely sure/certain

    Thanks!

Sensing as a first function, no matter the orient, I feel can sometimes look the same.
I know a person that I am sure he is either an SLE or SLI. Very shy and cares a lot about health (Si)

But I need a guarantee. Lol

LSI comes off harsher, and they are more boring probably because they are judging types.

So but between SLEs and SLIs.. are SLI's more flaky?
This guy is very, very flaky and spacy.. but in a cute way .
He takes very good care of himself and health is his main focus. His room is VERY empty and calming (also seems Si).
Does not have clutter and has his personal sentimental things but they're hidden (weaker Fi???)
BUT.. his humor can be crude and really, really bold. That turns me off.
He is very silly once you get to REALLY know him, but he only shows this to a few.
Now that I think about it.. he could either be an SLI or an ILI. He is definitely a P type because he is slow to make judgements and often likes to keep things open and see what can come.
A very intelligent guy but also extremely detail-oriented and observant.. I think he is more of a sensor.
He can be a total asshole though! I have a hard time accepting him to be a dual

    Sounds SLI to me.

Close types are harder to distinguish, but methods are standard. Different behavior for E/I, J/P, valued functions.
To better distinguish types, look at my types examples with bloggers in the signature. Try to feel their types' traits. Notice the difference in your impressions from different types.

I want ways so I can be absolutely sure/certain
The methods to decide about types use probabilities, not absolute factors. You can't be 100% sure a type is correct. But may be highly sure in a type with more factors you used, the more they were clear and not contradictory. Look at behavior and notice impressions from people, - this should fit good to one type.
    Types examples: video bloggers, actors

Is your dual supposed to be hard to distinguish?

He feels like liquidy to me; not concrete at all. In a way, almost characterized by Ne in the same way as me.He is completely not solid but at the same time surprisingly harsh at times. He is always yelling at me to clean my room and to be tidy. It is annoying but also after a few days I realize it was really helpful.

I find him to be so vague and hard to understand.I'm never certain of who he is and what he will say about anything, but it's incredibly interesting.
He can actually be more clever than me, too. He is also great at making money and gets excited about things like wool socks and bed sheets that are made of great fabric. Lol I'm laughing at the thought of how opposite we are.
I also feel like he doesn't fully understand me but there's this heaviness to our connection. It has an extremely hard center but almost nothing outside visible to the naked eye. It is like a wonder ball candy where there is a hard center but you don't immediately know what is inside

There is nothing substantial we even have to talk about. He talks about politics and facts with his friends; I enjoy philosophy (which he hates thinking about) and talking about impressions.

I'm with him almost everyday and I still feel like I have so much to figure out about him.
Whenever I think about him I just get this ball of confusion.. I am usually able to read people quite well but he is just like uncharted territory where everything is enigmatic. Although, occasionally I am still left with this "what have I done wrong this time" feeling if I choose to really read into it because he is suuuuper nit-picky. But that was more in the beginning and now I don't really care as much.

Thanks for that. That is so cool.

What do you mean by hard center?

Like a deeply rooted foundation. A strong mutual connection/interest basically.
