I once had a very close EIE friend of this Tritype, and even though they had a remarkable sense of humor, it was evident that behind their love of amusement was a sea of raging emotions. They were a very intense person—so much so, I was sometimes afraid of telling them unpleasant truths (even though they sought out such truths so as to feel safe). They didn’t like to show it, but deep down they felt an inadequacy about their place in the world. They were also prone to accusing people of being insincere (sometimes rightfully so, and sometimes wrongfully), and had deep-rooted trust issues, often fearing being abandoned by their friends because other people were probably “cooler” than them. Sometimes their emotions would burst and you felt like you had to put out the fire in any way possible. I loved this person but me and my other friends eventually realized that they were unhealthy to be around.
This is not to say that all 684 individuals are unhealthy, of course; but their potentially strong inner emotions, as well as their hatred of insincerity, can naturally make them very intense people.
